You will be going on a 56 ft powercat SALT. It has absolutely stunning finishes.
We have 17 years of experience with captain Brent at the helm.
You want to go with the most knowledgeable person in the industry, so make it memorable.
Brent is a master and specializes to doggs. He has done film crew sets for fishing impossible and team Brazil and Spain hunting doggs and 17 years of reading the reefs and fish. The right choice.
We handle all your float lines and get you in and out the water. No need for a tender boat as the vessel handles all the dives. Dives are drift patterns, we place you above the reef and drift onto the walls. The steam over is just a few hours onboard SALT.
Lazarus Spearfishing:
The spear fishing in the north is realy good. Gts and doggs and tuna and wahoo. The coral reefs in the north are full of life with lots of baitfish and turtles. We concentrate on the drop-offs ,here is a nice picture of Brazilians we had on board with us.,and don’t forget our secret honeypot spot in the south.

Schedule and Duration of Charter:
Charters are scheduled from 5 nights. When you have dates in mind you let us know, we then see availability and confirm your booking. We gladly work our itinerary options with you directly onboard.

Flights are from Johannesburg to Pemba direct
Travel to the reefs:
The waters are very calm and extremely flat year-round, makes for fantastic cruising and hunting.

Seasons:
August to December.
December can reach 40 deg it will be very warm.
On the banks reaches 29 deg in summer and a moderate 28 deg during cooler months.
- Full use of Yacht.
- 6 x 50lb Ocean rods and reels (TLD 25) with Trolling (We do not provide lures or popping and jigging rods)
- Skipper and Crew.
- Weights are available on board for hire.
- Transfers to and from the Yacht and Airport.
- Full board accommodation.
- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
- Tea and Coffee.
- Soft Drinks – 5 cases of beer, 2 Cases Coke, 4 Cases Bottled Water, the rest you must order.
- Fuel, water.
- Flights, Visa’s and Travel Insurance and licences for equipment.
- Accommodation whilst not on-board.
- Alcohol – All alcohol can be pre-ordered and paid for prior to departure. Back to the captain A 32% handling fee will be levied for the service. This alcohol is very limited to only what we can get from local suppliers in the port of the destination charter so we try to get most, we do suggest Duty Free purchases and let us get the basics.
- We do not supply any speargun spares or equipment.
- Gratuities, please cater to R2000 per participant as a sign of appreciation for coming with the best skipper and crew in the industry.
As Part of our menu you will be offered, on all of our charters , local Mozambiquan dishes, Chicken and Fish dishes including barbecue. Please advise if there are any special dietary requirements.
